I Was Bit By 10 Fire Ants On Ankle 7

I was bit by 10 fire ants on ankle 7 days ago. I was bit again by approx. 8 yesterday on toes and top of same foot.I have not completely healed from the bites last week. My foot and toes have swelled and I put an ice pack on and off 20 minutes at a time. Benydil and creme are not helping. I am very healthy 63 yo a female with no major health problems. I always swell but do not need so I pen. I have 5 mg prednisone. Would that help.
