I Was Bit By A Brown Recluse Spider Over A

I was bit by a brown recluse spider over a month ago did 2 7 day rounds of anti biotics am still having joint pain sweats my urine is still dark and FATIGUE is terrible my MD took urine sample and blood I don't as yet have the results how long do the after effects usually last? And what is my next course of action?
