I Was Bit By A Dog About An Hour Ago.

I was bit by a dog about an hour ago. It punctured the skin and bled but not so bad that it was gushing blood. I cleaned it with hot water and soap. The dog is up to date on its shots and I had my Tdap shot last year. I'm currently 20 weeks 6 days pregnant. How long would it take if an infection was going to start?
