I Was Bit By A Tick Back In June Of

I was bit by a tick back in June of this year and every since the bit spot has itched like crazy and now I'm having issues with that arm with severe pain and tiggling and my index fingure is numb I haven't hurt myself in anyway could this be something dealing with that tick bite I have seen several doctors and no one seems to figure it out. When I was getting bit by the tick it burnt real bad even after we got the tick out it was still alive
