I Was Bit By My Dog Less Than 48 Hours

I was bit by my dog less than 48 hours ago. It's just one puncture wound between my wrist and thumb, closer to the wrist. I cleaned it out and put a bandage on it. During the first night after I was woken up with terrible pain several times. I went to the ER the next day because of pain. They cleaned it, and gave me an IV of fluids and antibiotics. That was yesterday. Now, the pain in almost unbearable. It's CONSTANT. The only way it feels okay is if I tuck my arm in, and put my other one around it (like holding a baby. I cannot bend my wrist much either way. Pretty much everything I do causes pain. I wasn't given any pain medicine. Does this sound like nerve damage or anything? I'm concerned about mobility later down the line. I can touch all but my pinky finger with my thumb, having little to no pain. I can't rotate my wrist without pain either.
