I Was Bit By Our Cat After I Accidentally Scared

I was bit by our cat after I accidentally scared her (she has all her shots). I have had 3 rocephin shots IM and clindamyacin 300 mg every 6 hrs x 10 days. The swelling is down extensively but my pointer finger is still numb, tingly, and I can't bend it (pain is improving), does this just take time?
