I Was Bitten By A Bur At 4:30 This Afternoon.

I was bitten by a bur at 4:30 this afternoon. About four hours later, I had severe chills and was able only to shuffle when walking the dog. Many of my joints hurt - knees, shoulders, hips and thumbs. My neck is most affected. I am only able to move it left and right one inch. Might this be caused by the bite? Might it have to do with strep throat?
