I Was Bitten By A Field Mouse After I Rescued

I was bitten by a field mouse after I rescued him from drowning. It is shallow bite but did break the skin slightly and it bleed for about a second. Very small and I then washed my hand in the chlorinated pool so thinking I do not need to see a dr. It is tender like as if I had a sliver in my finger.
