I Was Bitten By A Pretty Large German Shepherd In

I was bitten by a pretty large German Shepherd in the thigh and on the foot. The dogs up to date with shots. The thigh wound is pretty deep. I cleaned it with peroxide and have put antibacterial ointment on it! I do have some pain but am experiencing numbness. I have no lines running down or around either wound. Is this something that I should go to the emergency room for?
