I Was Bitten By A Small Bug Not Sure If

I was bitten by a small bug not sure if it was a mosquito or spider it first started out as a whitehead bump that had the top of my forearm swollen, it went away now in the same spot it now looks like a rash of bumps that has spread on the same arm in different spots. Or could this be some form of psoriasis?
