I Was Bitten By A Tick Three Months Ago. I

I was bitten by a tick three months ago. I never had the bullseye rash or any symptoms of lymes disease. But the place where I was bitten still has a hard bump, not red, and periodically itches. It slightly scabs sometimes.
Should I be concerned about this or will it eventually go away?
