I Was Bitten By An Insect 2 We Eks Ago.it

I was bitten by an insect 2 we eks ago.it was a slight sting on my dorsal thoracic area.while taking a shower.shortly after there was a red erythematous area about 5cm in diameter. This was not painful but slightly itchy. Approximately 3 hours later I developed discomfort in my hip on the same side , IM toreador relieved the discomfort slightly. The following day the discomfort increased. The pain Mossad felt in the lumbar area radiating to the groin then along the thigh patella and tibia. The pain was severe and burning causing extreme difficulty in walking. An or orthopedic surgeon examined and after seeing the lesion on my back which developed vesicles suspected herpes zost er. A CT was performed and was negative for pathology of the hip. Iwas placed on acyclovir. Because I had a history of Lyme's disease one of the Infectious Diseases doctor after seeing a photo of the lesion suggested doxycycline. After seeing a neurologist I asked about the possibility it was a spider bite one of his colleagues felt I might be right. An attempt was made to take an MRI with and without contrast but because I could not tolerate the pain lying down the procedure was aborted.. Iwas placed on Steroids and gabapentin and have shown no improvement. Recently I was able to have an MRI in a sit-down unit. The study revealed inflammation of the nerves in L3((&L4(.yesterday I underwent electro mylograms which suggested the same thing. The infectious diseases doctor still feels it is lymes's disease even though blood work didn't reveal any borrelia.
He requested aLyme western blot,IGM & IGB, a Lyme urine antigen, CBC,E SR,C-RPand a Pro calcitonine. I''m now on 500 mg Naprosyn BID gabapentin 1200 mg a day doxycycline 100 mg BID. I HAVE TO USE CRUTCHES HAVE CONSTANT SEVERE BURNING PAIN starting in the lumbar region radiating down my quadracepts anmy tibia to my ankle. I can not find a comfort table position and cannot sleep.
I think this'd be Envenomation from a spider bite and want to know if there is an anti venom
I live in northern Jersey and even though they believe I have a neuritis they are not sure it could be related to a spider bites
