I Was Bitten By My Two Dogs When I Was

I was bitten by my two dogs when I was trying to separate them while they were fighting. They have been vaccinated, and there was no infection. However, I am still in pain. The skin on my arms feel as if they were rubbed raw and a couple of lumps under my skin. What could possibly be causing the pain and the lumps?
