I Was Bitten Either By A Spider (at Least 8

I was bitten either by a spider (at least 8 different spots, neck shoulder chest)... or possibly mites that were in a straw bale... Big red, lumpy, swollen, itchy, painful to touch. day 4 not getting any better. Had staph once a long time ago. Can I take doxycycline mono 100mg for that
