I Was Bitten Several Times By A Young Dog, Who

I was bitten several times by a young dog, who looked healthy but lots of wild dogs in Ecuador. I have severe bruising and swelling but no infection at the bite marks. I am on my second day of rabies vaccine and feel tired, nausea and anxious. Are these side effects of the vaccine or an indication that I do in fact, have rabies. The doc here told me to avoid alcohol and pork consumption for the week I am being administered the vaccine.Is this correct?
