I Was Born With An Ear Pit. I Did Have

I was born with an ear pit. I did have some problem with protein in my urine during pregnancy, but nothing until now that I am 60 years young when I am starting to show creatinine in my blood. Is there a connection? My GP is on vacation until next week to explain my results.
