I Was Brushing My Teeth Tonight And I Noticed As

I was brushing my teeth tonight and I noticed as I was spitting out toothpaste that is was red. I am currently 36 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Once I located the place of bleeding I noticed that it was my tongue bleeding. I hadn't even brushed it yet. I know for a while I was having a burning sensation when eating certain foods such as ketchup, bbq, Mexican, etc. But now I have bleeding from my tongue. I am 21 years old with a history of asthma and severe depression. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
