I Was Burned On My Arm 4 Months Ago. I've

I was burned on my arm 4 months ago. I've been to tons of doctors but no one can figure out what it is. I keep getting a rash where my burn was and it is extremely itching. Do you have any ideas what this could be? I only use Aquaphor on it and cover it when at work. Please let me know if you have a thought of what it may be..thank you
