I Was Cleaning A Kitty Litter Box And Afterwards Snapped

I was cleaning a kitty litter box and afterwards snapped the top of the lid back on it and somehow pinched the inner part of my finger, it bled a little and a chunk of skin is gone. I got a tetanus booster a year and a half ago. however the nurse plunged it pretty quickly and a good portion sprayed back on her. the next day I couldn't even tell where she'd gave the shot and I didn't have any soreness or anything. did I get enough of the vaccine or should I get another shot? is the said injury even something to get a tetanus shot for
