I Was Cleaning My Ear With A Q- Tip Before

I was cleaning my ear with a q- tip before and when I pulled it out the cotton was not there.. Right when it happened my sister tried to use a tweezer to get it out but there wasn't anything there - I'm not sure if it is stuck in there though.. If it is how can I get it out? Doctor vista cost a lot and I don't have health insurance
