I Was Cleaning My Oven Last Weekend And Some Of

I was cleaning my oven last weekend and some of the cleaner got on my arm. It didn't hurt. It was black and seemed to take a little skin off. I rinsed with water for about 15 minutes and then put antibiotic cream on it and a bandage. It seems to be healing and still does not hurt but now its red around it and I don't know if I need to do anything.
