I Was Cleaning My Room And I Vacuumed My Floor

I was cleaning my room and I vacuumed my floor I was done with with my room and it smelled weird so I got Lysol from under my cabinet and my nose was stuffy so I breathed my mouth I sprayed some and some of the spray went down my throat and my throats been sore I wanted to ask will I die or am I fine I even tried using salt water and it wouldn't work it's still sore can you help me please
