I Was Cleaning The Pipes Of A Sink (with Gloves)

I was cleaning the pipes of a sink (with gloves) and I poked my finger with an old really rusty needle full of gunk. I'm not sure if it went theough my skin. I'm not bleeding or anything and t doesn't hurt but would I need a tetanus shot? Can I have sex? Or should I play it safe and wait to go get the shot?
