I Was Cleaning Up A Mess On The Floor, Probably

I was cleaning up a mess on the floor, probably put some pressure on my wrists. I noticed pain my the vein of my right wrist. Looking at it, I noticed that the blood vessel is noticeably swollen and enlarged. It is sore to the touch. Should I be concerned? I am 49, healthy and decent weight (5'11", 162 lbs.), never smoked.
