I Was Crouched Underneath My Desk At Work To Turn

I was crouched underneath my desk at work to turn off some light switches there, and when I stood back up I slammed the front of my head (right where my hairline starts, close to the center of my forehead) into the corner of the marble countertop (it extends on both sides). Hopefully that made sense. In the process I also slammed my jaw together. It took my breath away and I immediately started crying. A bump appeared right away and it has been sore to the touch ever since. I don't see any broken skin or bleeding, but I woke up this morning I had a bad headache that got progressively worse throughout the day. I'm extremely nauseous and I've had intense pain running all along my spine, it feels. Any type of bending or twisting hurts. Could the upward impact have affected my spine? Should I see my chiropractor? It's been 24 hours since it happened. I think I may have experience a slight slur in my speech but that has gone away. The pain in my back, head and teeth however are constant and at a peak right now. It's a throbbing, heavy feeling. Is this something to worry about?
