I Was Cutting A Baked Pork Chop And Something Popped

I was cutting a baked pork chop and something popped up into my eye about 30 minutes ago , I wiped the eye with a tissue and boiled some water nbd cooled it in a basin full of cold water and am now bathing my eye. Anything else I can do? What are the risks?
