I Was Cutting My Hair Down There In My Junk

I was cutting my hair down there in my junk area.(using scissors) i cut just a lil bit of skin from my balls it was bleeding. i took a shower after that and then i put rubbing alcohol to not get it infected. Can my balls get infected from rubbing alcohol?
