I Was Dancing Around With My Granddaughter And Very Shortly

I was dancing around with my granddaughter and very shortly after my foot began to hurt to push of as I took a step. It hurts to bend my big toe up or down. It is sore when i press on the arch or instep of my foot and it is aching when off my feet. My foot does not look swollen.
Not sure what to think. I did not feel anything immediate and I am just guessing that I moved my foot wrong while dancing.??? I have put ice on it and it makes no difference. It as been about 5 hours since it starting hurting, makes it very difficult to walk.
