I was diagnoised with ANTRAL MUCOSA WITH MILD ACTIVE CHRONIC GASTRITIS WITH FOCAL INTESTINAL METAPLASIA AND REACTIVE FOVEOLAR HYPERPLASIA . What does this all mean? I am so worried that I will get gastric cancer in the future due to the intestinal metaplasia. My Gastro wants to rescope me in two years time, why so long?
