I Was Diagnoised With Legionnaires Disease In August Of This

I was diagnoised with Legionnaires disease in August of this year, went thru the round of antibiotics and now I am noticing my hair is falling out at an alarming rate, my scalp feels crusty even after it is shampooed with a dandruff shampoo. Could this be a result of the Legionnaires disease? My hair used to be very curly and thicker, now it is frizzy and thin.
