I Was Diagnose 2 Days Ago With A Low White

I was diagnose 2 days ago with a low white blood count and damage kidneys. I was just told not to take any over the counter pain reliever no more. I have bad infection in my tooth it's all swollen can't hardly open mouth. My Dr not telling me what can be done to help me. I don't want to die from a infection tooth. And what do I do about my white blood count being low.
