I Was Diagnosed 2 Weeks Ago With Spinal Stenosis. I

I was diagnosed 2 weeks ago with spinal stenosis. I got 10 days of 15 mg morphine, plus steroids, antibiotics, gabapentin- about 6 prescriptions. I also have Hep C and Cirrhosis. I am currently on Mavyret. The pain tonight is unbearable. I am not getting better, but there is a chance that this current pain is caused not by stenosis but a kidney stone. I need a neurosurgeon, but there are none in my general vacinity and I live alone. Should I call an Ambulance ?
