I Was Diagnosed 5 Years Ago With Bursitis In My

I was diagnosed 5 years ago with bursitis in my shoulder. Starting just yesterday I've begun to have very severe painful muscle spasms in same shoulder. I also received a wound on my wrist from same arm week and half ago. Is it the bursitis progressing suddenly or could it be tetanus. No infection and wound healed.
