I Was Diagnosed 8 Days Ago With A Uti And

I was diagnosed 8 days ago with a uti and given a shot of rocephin, the symptoms came back and I was diagnosed with uti, I was prescribed 1000mg twice daily of keflex and flagyl twice a day to treat bacterial vaginosis and prevent c dif, I suffer from anxiety and feel this is a really high amount of antibiotics. Does this sound like a reasonable amount? Or could a smaller amount of keflex do the job?
