I Was Diagnosed H-pylori And IBS Which Was Treated Three

I was diagnosed H-pylori and IBS which was treated three years ago. Couple of months ago I had severe cramp type pain in the right side abdomen and consulted a local doctor who advised me for the blood tests, stool test and ultrasound. The test reports were OK and I was just advised to take Pantaparazole 40 for 15 days. Last week, I had severe acidity problem with acute constipation which was an unusual experience to me and consulted a local doctor and am currently under medication (Pantaprazole 40 mg 1-tab daily, ENTEROGERMINA twice daily and Movicol (laxative) twice daily. Finding some relief in constipation with medication...but still feel discomfort in the right abdomen and my bowel movement is still not normal. Would like to know....Is something serious complication of colitis? What is your advise? Thanks
