I Was Diagnosed About 12 Years Ago With Some Sort

I was diagnosed about 12 years ago with some sort of lung disease but don't know the name. The dr said that my lungs were crystalized and there was no cure for what I had. I did breathing treatments a couple of times but never went back. Before that I was extremely ill and was taken to the ER and went into convulsions with a very high fever. That hospital transfer me to a bigger hospital in the med center in Houston which I stayed out not awake for several weeks.
This month I have had a recurring sickness like the 1st time but now I coughed up bright red blood and it has taken me almost 2 weeks to get better. I am short of breath at times and feeling very very tired and could sleep almost all day. My memory is getting foggy as well in remembering things at times. I also have had really bad migraines as well.
What could this mean ? Could this turn out tobe some sort of cancer?
