I Was Diagnosed As Having Polyps In My Nasal Passages

I was diagnosed as having polyps in my nasal passages and severe sinusitis. My Physician placed me on Budesonide Inhalation Suspension. I am to mix a vial with a saline packet and 150 ml in a nasal bidet and rinse twice a day. Is this common to be on this medication for sinusitis and to shrink nasal tissues in an effort to kwwp from having them removed ?
