I Was Diagnosed As Suffering From Epididymytis In Right Testicle.

I was diagnosed as suffering from epididymytis in right testicle. have a nodule in my right testicle. used different types of antibiotics like doxycycline ,azithromycin, cefuroxime. symptoms reduced but after completing course again came back. it is suspected as tb. how is it possible? whom should I consult? what is the treatment for this? I am 25 years old unmarried. I suffering from nearly 5 months.
