I Was Diagnosed At 26 With Bipolar Type 2. Lately,

I was diagnosed at 26 with bipolar type 2. Lately, I have been having out of control anxiety. I feel like I can't breathe, that something horrible is going to happen to my kids, I can't focus on anything and I have been losing everything. My medications are Effexor, levothyroxine, ambien and Flonase. What can help give me some relief from this terrible anxiety?
