I Was Diagnosed By A Neurologist With Post-viral Fatigue And

I was diagnosed by a neurologist with post-viral fatigue and send to a chronic fatigue clinic. What I don't understand is my muscles are fatigable. I can't use my muscles for they burn and get easy energy drained. Like killing stairs. I myself have no fatigue, only with exertion. Why would the neurologist send me to a Physiatrist? I have no anxiety and no depression. I do not cry. I am happy.
