I Was Diagnosed Last Week With E Coli. Doctor Gave

I was diagnosed last week with E coli. Doctor gave me 750 mg of ciprofloxacin hcl. After 6 pills I couldn't take it. It made me very dizzy and nauseated. I have had a hard time trying to eat and drink my fluids. Now I seem to have itching and my temp is fluctuating, sleeping a lot.
