What Should I Do After Being Diagnosed With Hepatitis B?

I was diagnosed of hepatisis B which l did three lab test and it confirmed the virus in my body but l have seen the symptom in my body yet. I have stared taking the prescribed drugs, livoline, Astymin blood tonic with effervescent vitamin C tablet. Sir what s your take on it?
