I Was Diagnosed On 29 December 2016 With Several Broken

I was diagnosed on 29 December 2016 with several broken blood vessels by the Emergency Doctor on call. It has been very painful and hasn't heeled up. I went another doctor yesterday to get a second opinion as this inflammation of the breast bone has not cleared up. I asked the doctor what he thought this now bone like substance on right side of left breast appeared to him. He said it did not look like broken blood vessels to him and now I have an appointment this Friday for a diagnostic mammogram; he thinks it is a lump and wants to check; followed by an ultrasound. Does this sound like it could be breast cancer to you?
