I Was Diagnosed On Monday With Bilateral Acute Otitis Media,

I was diagnosed on Monday with bilateral acute otitis media, the doctor prescribed a 5 day pack. I took the last pill today. I do not feel much different and worse today than yesterday. I called the clinic, I was told the medicine continues working for a couple of days after the last dose. When, and what should my next step be?
