I Was Diagnosed Severely Anemic And Iron Deficient. I Am

I was diagnosed severely anemic and iron deficient. I am experiencing urgency in having to relieve myself from urinating and bowle movements. I actually could not make it to th restroom today and soiled myself. Is this normal after two iron infusions and taking iron supplements?
