I Was Diagnosed W AFib 2 Yrs Ago. Tonight My

I was diagnosed w AFib 2 yrs ago. Tonight my heart rate started climbing from 50 bpm (my resting pulse). For the last hour, it has been vacillating between 60 bpm and 101. I am meditating and doing yoga to calm myself but no luck. My first and only AFib attacked was much worse and put me in an ambulance. This attach is nothing like that one.
