I Was Diagnosed W/ Chronic Fatigue & Fibromyalgia Over 25

I was diagnosed w/ chronic fatigue & fibromyalgia over 25 years ago. Everything the doctors have given me & told me to do hasn't worked. I swear I have an underlying problem that the doctors are missing because I went into remission for several years & now that it is back it is back w/ vengeance. is there any other syndromes that are like my diagnosis?
