I Was Diagnosed With Afib A Year Ago, My Cardiogist

I was diagnosed with Afib a year ago, my Cardiogist has me on Eliquis 2.5 and losartan 25mg.and he put me in the hospital and shocked my heart and got me back in rhythm, and feel so tired all the time, and my blood pressure goes higher, when I sleep, and drops on activity, and I feel breathless, until I sit down and for awhile??
