I Was Diagnosed With BV And Was Prescribed Clindamycin Then

I was diagnosed with BV and was prescribed clindamycin then 3 days later told that I had Chlymidia and was prescribed azithromycin but is still having pains in my vagina , no more discharged or pain with sex or burning peeing but just pain . I'm now taking the antibiotics for 14 days by mouth for BV but still experiencing pain . Could it still be the Chlymidia or is he BV just not going away .
