I Was Diagnosed With CHF Three Years Ago. Never Knew

I was diagnosed with CHF three years ago. Never knew the cause of it. I believe it was due to my wisdom teeth surgery. If that's the case and it's infection in my jaw that's weakening my heart and I get the infection cleared up, will this resolve my CHF?
